OP, in all honesty that is a very vague, all encompassing question. And before you get all worked up by our totally awesome responses, just know that no one here is really picking on you, we all just needed a laugh. Lurk on the boards a bit, especially TTGP, you will learn a lot. Good luck

I would suggest charting and the Fertility Friend website, those tools will help you time sex to your most fertile time.  The link Joy posted has some great information to help you get started.
